The
College of Natural Resources, located on the St. Paul campus of the University
of Minnesota, had an administrative leadership retreat at the Cloquet Forestry
Center on August 10-11, 2000, with four meals plus meeting refreshments catered
by Jim and Jo's. It was a pleasure to work with Jim in planning the meals; he
"catered to our needs" and made helpful suggestions. We were pleased beyond
expectation. The food was excellent, arrived on time, and was presented in a
very appetizing manner. Jim anticipated what we would be needing throughout
and checked to make sure we didn't run out of anything. On top of all that,
we thought Jim & Jo's prices were very reasonable. The college is delighted
that Jim & Jo's is on the CFC premises, and we will continue to have them cater
any events we have there.

We have used Jim-N-Jo's Katering a number of times at our place of business for everything from luncheons, to steak fries, to our recent Open House and Employee Picnic where more than 830 people were fed. We have always been pleased with the quality of their food and the professionalism in which they have dealt with us. Based on these facts, we plan to continue to use Jim-N-Jo's Katering in the future for any of our catering needs, and highly recommend their services!

We have used Jim n Jo's Katering on a number of occasions and have always been completely satisfied with the service we have recieved. We chose Jim n Jo's as our caterer during a large, five-day conference that included three meals a day for ouver 1,000 people. It was a pleasure to work with an organization that wa sso professional. The catering was the one aspect of the conference we did not have to think twice about. The food was delicious, arrived on time, and somehow never ran out.
We have also used Jim n Jo's for small meetings of ten or less, and have always received the same great service. I highly reommend Jim n Jo's Katering to anyone who is planning an event or meeting.

I want to thank Jim n Jo's for their hard work and the wonderful meals. This was my first opportunity working with the Gitigan Program. The meals add a valuable contribution to the program. Just a special word of "Thanks" to both of you for making our anniversary party so special - Everyone loved the food! Of course we always knew what great cooks you are! Though I called the Monday after the wedding, I wasn't able to speak to you personally. Both my husband and I and the bride and groom of the August 10th wedding want to sincerely thank you for what has to be the finest meal served at a wedding yet. It is a full week after and we are still having guests tell us just how delightful and delicious your food quality and combinations were. We many have paid the check, but we're grateful beyond that for excellent service that provided a wonderful memory.
